68 PASSENGERS EVACUATED AS ENUGU AIRLINE PLACE CRASH LANDS IN BENIN

A total of 68 passengers escaped death as an aircraft belonging to Enugu Airlines crash-landed at the Benin Airport on Thursday.

The Network gathered that the

aircraft with registration number 5N-ENR had 68 passengers on board apart from the crew members when the incident occurred.

Airport sources in Benin said all the passengers on board had the crew members were evacuated without any casualty by officials of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN)

It was gathered that the aircraft overshot the runway into the bush area around the airport.
