BANDITS ABDUCT FORMER NYSC DG, GEN TSIGA IN KATSINA

Bandits operating in Katsina have reportedly abducted a former Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Maharazu Tsiga (retd.).

It was gathered that the retired Army General was abducted the in his village, Tsiga, in Bakori Local Government Area of Katsina State around 12:30am on Thursday.

The General and several members of his community were taken away during a raid on the community by heavily armed bandits who stormed the community.
