The Federal Government has awarded Nafisah Abdullahi, a Nigerian teenager who emerged winner at the Teen Eagle Global Finals competition, a cash prize of N200,000.
The prize was presented on Thursday in Abuja by the Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, in recognition of her outstanding performance at the international academic contest.
Earlier, the Atiku Foundation had announced fully funded scholarships for Abdullahi and her teammates, Rukaiya Fema and Khadija Kalli, who also emerged winners in different categories of the competition.
The three girls were celebrated for their exceptional achievement on the global stage, with the Foundation describing their success as “remarkable” and a source of pride for Nigeria.
