There is confusion, anger, and apprehension among MTN subscribers on Monday as thousands of them have their lines barred by the telecommunications outfit.
The angry subscribers besieged MTN offices in Abuja in large numbers to seek explanation for the suspension of their lines.
Those who spoke to the Network said that they woke up to see their lines barred with no explanation from MTN.

There was a massive crowd at the MTN Office at Phase 4, Kubwa as stranded people battle to get their lines restored without hope.
One of the angry subscribers, a Lawyer, Barr. Perebo Sanami recounted how his line was barred by MTN with no explanation.
The lawyer wondered why MTN would bar the line of a subscriber that is duly registered and linked to the NIN.
Sanami threatened that he would take the communications outfit to court and would volunteer his services to those who share a similar view that the outfit should be taken to court.
“I will file an action against MTN. I cannot access my line and when I call their customer care line the response I got was that the line was temporarily barred.
