….As President Tinubu, over 20 govs, other dignitaries wait to receive remains of ex-President.

There is heavy security presence in and around the Umaru Musa Yar’adua Airport Katsina as dignitaries led by President Bola Tinubu, await to receive the body of the immediate past president, Muhammadu Buhari, at 2 pm.
The remains of Buhari departed Heathrow Airport early this morning.
Tinubu, who will lead the delegation to receive his corpse at the Airport, will arrive in Katsina at 1: 30pm.
So far, no fewer than 20 governors, former presidents, serving and former members of the State and National Assembly, mo ministers, diplomats and other dignitaries have started arriving Katsina Airport .
Our correspondent gathered that there will be a brief funeral ceremony at Katsina, the State capital in Katsina before his remains will be taken to his Country home, Daura, for interment according to Islamic rites
