Leader of PDP in Kwara and President of the 8th Nigerian Senate and Founder of the Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Foundation, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki,(CON) has once again demonstrated his commitment to nurturing excellence and investing in the future of young Kwarans by hosting Offa born law scholar, Israel Adeniyi Adekunle to a special dinner in his Maitama residence in Abuja, the FCT.

The reception followed Israel’s remarkable achievement as the Overall Best Graduating Student of the Nigerian Law School at the just-concluded 2026 Call to Bar Ceremony.
Before emerging as the nation’s best at the Nigerian Law School, the young Offa-born scholar had equally distinguished himself as the Best Graduating Student of the Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin.
In recognition of these outstanding accomplishments, Dr Bukola Saraki, through the ABS Foundation presented Israel with a ₦2 million cash award, reaffirming Dr. Saraki’s long-standing belief that hard work, integrity, and excellence deserve not only recognition but tangible support.
Speaking during the occasion, Dr. Saraki praised the young scholar’s dedication, resilience, and pursuit of excellence.
He described him as a shining example of the immense potential that exists among kwara young population when given the right encouragement and opportunities.
He emphasized that the future of Nigeria lies in empowering talented young people across various fields, adding that celebrating exceptional achievements serves as an inspiration to countless others striving for greatness.
The former Senate President noted that the ABS Foundation remains committed to promoting education, leadership development, and youth empowerment through initiatives that identify, encourage, and reward excellence.
In attendance during the dinner include the Director General of the ABS Foundation, Dr Audu Musa Idowu and other prominent members of the ABS Foundation.
