No fewer than ten passengers, including two babies were killed in an auto crash near Umuika Junction along the Enugu-Port Harcourt expressway in Abia state.
The auto crash at the Apu na ekpu area, has left the community in shock.
It was gathered that the accident occurred when a Toyota Sienna lost control and collided with a moving truck.
The which which was fully loaded with passengers reportedly traveling at high speed, veered off the road after the collision and crashed into the bush.
The bus was on its way to Umuahia when the tragedy struck.
Sympathizers and local residents rushed to assist men of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) to recover the bodies from the wreckage and transported them to a nearby morgue.
