A disturbing video has emerged from Imo State showing a gang leader identified by witnesses as “Gentle” shooting three young men to death in broad daylight.
The footage, which has been widely circulated online, has left many viewers horrified.
In the video, the young men are seen with their hands bound as the gang leader accuses them of stealing his gun and using it for a robbery operation.
Despite their desperate pleas and cries of innocence, Gentle is heard threatening them in a mix of Igbo and pidgin, declaring that their deaths should serve as a warning to anyone who dares to cross him.
The footage captures the victims begging for their lives, shouting “Jesus” and insisting they were not involved, but the shooter continues firing at them at close range.
He repeatedly emphasizes that anyone who attempts to use his weapon without permission will face the same fate.
In the chilling climax of the video, he delivers fatal shots to the heads of the three men before stating that their killing should serve as an example to others.
The graphic nature of the incident has sparked widespread outrage and fear, with calls for urgent security intervention in the state.
