The Supreme court of Nigeria Thursday, pronounced former president of the senate, David Mark as the authentic national chairman of the African Democratic Congress(ADC).
The ADC leadership was restored as the apex court voids the “status quo ante bellum” order.
in a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court has voided the ‘Status Quo Ante Bellum” Order imposed on the ADC by INEC.
The import of this is that the David Mark-led leadership of the ADC will be restored while the matter at the Federal High Court continues.
